Shipping Policy
This policy explains how ADD2CART processes and delivers orders within Canada.
Order processing
Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. You’ll receive an order confirmation after checkout and a separate email with tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship within Canada.
Shipping rates
• Standard shipping: $12 CAD
• Free standard shipping on orders of $75 CAD or more
The rate shown at checkout is the final applicable shipping charge.
Estimated delivery
Standard delivery is estimated at 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, busy periods, and remote destinations may affect timing.
Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number or tracking link. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show its first update. Visit the Track Your Order page for more help.
Multiple packages
Items may ship separately. One order can therefore have multiple tracking numbers and delivery dates.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address before submitting an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately through the Contact Us page. We’ll try to help before fulfillment begins, but we can’t guarantee an address change after an order is placed or shipped.
Delayed, missing, or damaged deliveries
If tracking has not updated for several business days, the estimated delivery window has passed, or an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and relevant photos when applicable.
